Frequently Asked Questions

First time travelling with us?

We have put together some information from the frequently asked questions we receive in hope this will help you.

Our trips are designed for passengers of all ages and are a great way to meet others and create some amazing memories.

  • How do I book?

The easiest way to book is on our website, each trip you will see a "More Info & Booking" button, simply click on this and follow the on screen instructions, the website is secure, as are any online payments made, if you are unable to book online, please email us info@phoenixadventures.co.uk where we would be happy to assist.

  • What ages are classed as Children or Infants?

For European Tours Adults are ages 12 years + and Children are 3-11 years. Passengers aged under 18 years must be accompanied by an appropriate adult over 18 years old.

For UK Tours Adults are ages 18 years + and Children are 3-17 years unless the tour page states otherwise.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept bookings for infants on ore Twisted Tracks Tours for safety reasons due to sleeping in the onboard bunks.

  • Are entrance tickets included in all tours?

Most of our tours are listed with a Travel Only base cost unless otherwise stated. This is because we are the only travel company that understands the need for Travel Only options due to many people having Annual Passes to many attractions or may wish to book their own tickets/accommodations to suit their needs. You will be offered the option to add tickets to your booking approx 8 weeks prior to travel if required.

  • Is there a toilet onboard the Nightliner?

There sure is, there is also comfort stops on route too.

  • Is there a shower onboard the Nightliner Sleeper coach?

There is not a shower onboard the Nightliner Sleeper coaches we use. We will arrange for access to shower facilities every day at various Truck Stops or service stations for your comfort and get refreshed.

  • Is there an age restriction on your Twisted Tracks Tours?

Due to the nature of these extended Sleeper Tours we advise these tours are suited to those aged 18+ although we understand many families also enjoy Theme Park Holidays. That is why we do not discriminate against Children joining these tours but do put a limit of 3 years old and over. Any children under 18 years of age on the trip must be supervised by an appropriate adult at all times.

  • Are my payments protected?

We are pleased to confirm that any payment made towards a booking that falls within The Package & Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 are 100% secure and held in a trust account - we have no access to this money until AFTER you return from your trip, if for any reason your trip does not go ahead or the company was to be placed into liquidation, the trustee would issue a prompt refund to yourself.
